This Course is being delivered by Dr. Zhilin Chen, University of Manitoba, Canada, Doctorate Supervisor and Dr Tian Qing,Associate Professor, Master Supervisor at The University of Vermont, USA.

Food analysis is a diverse field of research that has a significant health, societal and economic impact. It aims to characterize food products in terms of chemical composition, safety, quality and nutritional value, which will focus on several techniques and applications that used in the analysis of food.
