- Building-up the University's international character by providing support to the recruited faculty and staff with international expertise by encouraging and valuing the development of a nationally and culturally diverse faculty and student

CORE OBJECTIVES
- Offering broad academic programs that emphasize high quality, innovative and creative instruction at all levels.
- Achieving leadership in all the dynamic disciplines
- Participating extensively in national and international programs
- To screen and nominate students to international universities for exchange programs for one or two semesters every year
- To admit students from other international universities in an exchange program for one or two semesters every year
- Involve our faculty in the faculty exchange programs
- Invite faculty members from international universities for a reciprocal activity annually
